All welcome to attend our regular Monthly Meeting for May 2018- this time it’s on the

North side of Brisbane at Clayfield, Qld.

Monthly Competition ‘Baby Doll’ – Bring along your most precious Baby doll, ready for cuddles!

10am SHARP Start time

11.30am Meeting Finish (approx)

11.30 – 12.00pm Lunch + Committee Meeting
11.30 am **COMMITTEE MEETING DURING LUNCH**– see below

12 – 1pm Workshop

1pm – 2pm Estate / Donated DOLL SALE!!! BRING CASH $$$$$

Members to please help clean premises & lock up.

**Committee Members must get their lunch & attend a Special Committee Meeting for 1/2 hr prior to the Workshop**

DOLL SALE – Collections from Estates / Donations – Bring your $$$$ CASH ONLY!!! (NO Eftpos/Card facilities available). There will be a special ticketing system in place so everybody will get the chance to buy at least one doll! (and probably more)!!

**NOTE– There will be (9) original Linda Carroll ‘Attic Dolls’ for sale – fantastic opportunity – there’s even a couple straight out of her famous book!! (+ a few copies of her famous (very hard-to-get) book for sale!)

**President’s Special Surprise treat in store for Members

with 10 years + Membership – wait & see!!!**

Member’s Logo T-Shirts – Bring your own T-Shirt (T-Shirt can be either Black or White, MUST BE cotton, pre-washed & ironed) & get a BDS logo ironed on (large or small available). Or you may take a printed logo home & do it yourself!

$2 entry (towards Hall Hire) per person.

Raffle Prizes – $2 per ticket

Workshop – Finish Topsy-Turvy Doll – OR Start French ‘Marotte’ Doll – **Don’t forget to bring your unfinished projects!!

Bring a plate of food to share for lunch.
